# 新規予約
新規予約の通知メールも、ドラッグ＆ドロップのメールエディターで、ブランドやコミュニケーションスタイルに合わせてかんたんにカスタマイズできます。
### デフォルトテンプレートに含まれるもの
* **システムフィールド** — ウェブサイト名や予約の詳細など、プレースホルダーがあらかじめ設定されています。
* **予約情報の自動表示** — 受信者に関係する予約の詳細が自動で表示されます。
### カスタマイズ方法
* **フィールドの変更・削除** — システムが生成する要素は必要に応じて調整できます。
* **ドラッグ＆ドロップエディターを使う** — レイアウト、カラー、書式をかんたんにパーソナライズできます。
* **文面の見直し** — わかりやすい伝え方にすることで、ユーザーのエンゲージメントが高まります。
予約をきちんと整理し、スムーズに管理するための、シンプルで効果的な方法です。
### フィールドを追加するには
システムメールのテンプレートにフィールドを追加したい場合は、テキスト入力中にテキストエディターを選択し、**タグ**アイコンをクリックします。タグアイコンをクリックすると、そのシステムテンプレートに追加できる専用フィールドが一覧表示されます。
ここには、新規予約のシステムメールに割り当てられたすべての専用フィールドが表示されます。
また、すべてのCRMプロパティもメールに追加できます。自分で作成したカスタムプロパティがある場合は、それらもここに一覧表示されます。
